In the fourth quarter of 2025, FLST partnered with the Health Information Exchange (HIE), Hixny, to receive weekly summaries of ADT alerts for individuals that FLST member agencies serve.
Member agencies upload client rosters and download summary ADT alerts through ShareFile. See the Workflow document for further instructions.
HixNY Statewide ADT Encounter Alerts
FLST is currently in negotiations with Optum to enter a Value-Based contract involving the network’s five outpatient clinics.
